Welcome to ZAAN YI. By booking a session, using our services, or browsing our website at
www.zaanyi.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due [insert timeframe, e.g. 7 days before the event date].Booking is confirmed only once payment is received and a contract is signed.Payments can be made via the methods specified in your invoice.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for partial refunds, excluding the non-refundable deposit.Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the original event date.Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or illness.
3. Creative Rights
All images are captured and edited in ZAAN YI's signature style. By booking, you acknowledge and accept our artistic vision.We retain the right to refuse any edit requests that fall outside our style or values.Turnaround time for gallery delivery is typically [insert timeframe, e.g. 6-8 weeks].
4. Image Usage
Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.ZAAN YI retains full copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and publication purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to communicate all relevant information regarding timelines, venues, and special requests.We are not liable for missed moments due to schedule miscommunications or late arrivals.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for unforeseen technical issues, lost files, or events beyond our control.Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Illinois courts.
